There no doubt that the daily morning walk is perfect for our health. Morning walk is a boon for health. No diet or tonic is as effective as the morning walk. We need to pay nothing for it. It is the lightest exercise. It is very advantageous to all men of all age groups. It refreshes our mid keep keeps our body fit. I go to walk every morning with my friend Laxman. Laxman is my best friend and classmate. He lives nearby my house in the same colony. We walk along the road. This road leads out of the town.
Today we went for a walk at 5:15 a.m. As we went out a cool morning breeze welcomed us. We passed through some fields of wheat and mustards. The spreading grounds presented a beautiful scene. The sun had not risen and birds were chirping. Farmers were working their fields with their colleagues at a distance. We went to close to the farmers and talked for a short while and knew about something about agriculture.
Eventually, the golden ball of the sun appeared in the East. The horizon was shining with a golden light. With folded hands we stood for a few minutes to pay our respect to the Sun- God. Bright rays of light made the scenery more attractive and pleasing. On the way, we got closer to the nearby river. It flows near our town. We sat on its bank and took rest for a short while. We saw a garden nearby. We walked into it. There was grassy land. We walked without shoes on this grass. We enjoyed the fragrance of the beautiful flowers growing on a large number of plants.
As it was about 7:30 in the morning, we returned towards our homes. We had covered a distance of four kilometers from our homes. Now we hurried up back and reached the house at 8 a.m. When I arrived home from my morning walk I felt a change in my body. All the sights and sounds had an excellent effect on my body and mind. I was feeling very fresh and active. The stress which was caused by learning had finished. My body filled up with energy enough to do my work with ease.
Whenever we go to doctors related to health diseases especially fat problems, doctors also advise us to go for a morning walk. Early morning walk makes our body physically and mentally fit for daily work. Old and weak persons can take a light exercise in the form of a morning walk. It is always useful to enjoy an early morning walk. Early in the morning, the roads and the streets are lack of traffic. There is no crowd and so there is no pollution. The breeze is fresh and crisp. The parks and gardens are green and fresh with morning dew. So we start our daily routine work early and with an active mind. It is all effect of a daily morning walk.
